Interpretation
128. In this Part -
Ãcommencement day[Otilde] means the day referred to in subsection 2(2);
Ãformer Act[Otilde] means the Weapons Act 1991.
Declaration of approved clubs
129. A declaration that immediately before the commencement day was in force under paragraph (b) of the definition of Ãapproved club[Otilde] in subsection 4(1) of the former Act shall be taken to be a declaration under paragraph (b) of the definition of Ãapproved club[Otilde] in subsection 4(1) of this Act.
