Ò(1A) Where a residential tenancy agreement is entered into between a university and -

(a) a visiting academic;

(b) a staff member;

(c) a contract employee;

(d) a post-graduate student;

(e) an undergraduate student; or

(f) a person undertaking an approved course of study;

and a person of the kind referred to in paragraphs (a) to (f) (inclusive) ceases to be a person of that kind, on application by the university, the Tribunal may make a termination and possession order.Ó.
