Subsection 349D(1) -

Omit Ôdangerous weapon or restricted weapon', substitute Ôfirearm[Otilde].

Subsection 349D(2) -

Omit Ôweapon[Otilde], substitute Ôfirearm[Otilde].

Paragraphs 349D(2)(a) and (b) -

Omit Ôweapon[Otilde] substitute Ôfirearm[Otilde].

Subsection 349D(2A) -

(a) Omit Ôdangerous weapon or a restricted weapon[Otilde], substitute Ôfirearm[Otilde].

(b) Omit Ôweapons[Otilde], substitute Ôfirearms[Otilde].

Subsection 349D(2B) -

Omit all the words after Ôhas not been made;[Otilde], substitute the following:
