3Mr Speaker, I am conscious that the issue of the sale of X films is a
very sensitive one. Without reopening the debate on this issue, while this
Assembly continues to allow the sale of X films in the ACT I am committed to
ensuring that this occurs in a responsible manner with appropriate safeguards.
I believe that this Bill will assist in this process.
Mr Speaker I commend the Bill to the Assembly.
