Housing Trust Properties - Statistics

MS MCRAE - asked the Minister for Housing and Family Services - In relation to ACT Housing properties, as at (a) November 1994 and (b) 30 November 1995
and for each of the following categories:

(c) Aged Persons Units (APU's);

(d) Aged Persons Flats (APF's);

(e) 1 bedroom houses;

(f) larger than 4 bedroom houses; and

(g) boarding houses.

How many -

(1) properties were there;

(2) were tenanted;

(3) were new;

(4) were sold in the preceding 12 months.
