NOTIFIED OF PROPOSED ENTERPRISE AGREEMENTS, AGREEMENTS
NEED TO MEET THE TEST OF `NO DISADVANTAGE' IN RELATION TO
AWARD ENTITLEMENTS BEFORE THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
COMMISSION CAN RATIFY THEM.
