LAND AND MARKETING COMMITTEE

2. Terms of Reference

Are to:

• address major issues affecting the release and development of land in the ACT.

• discuss strategic options for land development and marketing.

• address major issues concerning the management and redevelopment of leases.

• determine the likely impact of Government land policies, programs and initiatives on

the industry and private sector in general.

• provide a forum in which industry and other private sector representation can raise

issues of concern relating to the sale, marketing and leasing of the land in the ACT.
