2. Terms of Reference

To administer the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists Registration Act 1988. Principal functions include:

• registration of suitably qualified dental technicians and dental prosthetists to practice in

the A.C.T.;

• disciplining of dental technicians and dental prosthetists through

reprimand/suspension/cancellation of registration after due inquiry on specified

grounds; and

• general oversight of the conduct and addressing complaints in relation to the dental

technicians and dental prosthetists profession in the A.C.T
