the support of the ACT Health Promotion Fund unless otherwise agreed by the Service.

5.2 When producing materials which are to be charged

against the Fund, the Agency should provide a

reasonable supply to the Service for national and

local purposes.

6. CAPITAL EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY

6.1 Where equipment or property is purchased by the

Agency using grant monies, the Agency must forward

to the Service proof of purchase within 28 days of

purchase.

6.2 In the event of the Agency ceasing to function or

dissolving (whichever the earlier) or ceasing to

provide the services) or programme(s) specified in

the letter of offer, ownership of equipment or

property purchased by the Agency using grant monies

reverts to the Service, unless otherwise specified

by the Service.
