(a) the clearing of more than 0.5ha of native vegetation unless the conservator of flora and fauna produces an environmental significance opinion that the clearing is not likely to have a significant adverse environmental impact; or

(b) the clearing of native vegetation on land identified in a nature conservation strategy, or action plan, under the Nature Conservation Act 1980 or a biodiversity corridor unless the conservator of flora and fauna produces an environmental significance opinion that the clearing is not likely to have a significant adverse environmental impact
