50  Establishment of gaming advisory board 

The gaming advisory board is established.

51  Membership of gaming advisory board 

(1) The gaming advisory board is made up of—

(a) the chief executive officer; and

(b) the following members appointed by the Minister:

(i) 1 member appointed to represent Clubs ACT;

(ii) 1 member appointed to represent ACTTAB;

(iii) 1 member appointed to represent Casino Canberra;

(iv) 1 member appointed to represent the ACT racing industry;

(v) 1 member appointed to represent on-line wagering interests;

(vi) 1 member appointed to represent the ACT Council of Social Service.
