Page 11, line 21—

omit proposed new section 9F (4) (b), substitute

(b) if the total area of the licensed outdoor area of the premises that is not an off-gaming area is 100m2 or more—up to 50% of that area; and

(i) if it is a single area—up to 100% of that area; or

(ii) if it is made up of 2 or more separate areas—up to 100% of the smallest area (or any 1) of those areas.
