possess or use firearm where genuine reason is instruction— (a) about safe use of firearm for primary production; and (b) given under supervision of a person who— (i) is a responsible person for the applicant; and (ii) holds a category A adult firearms licence under which that use is a genuine reason for the person to hold the licence |
