(a) physical punishment; or
(b) any other behaviour management strategy that is likely to cause significant emotional or physical harm to the child.

2 abusive or excessive yelling
3 using seriously threatening or humiliating language
Note An example is part of the Act, is not exhaustive and may extend, but does not limit, the meaning of the provision in which it appears (see Legislation Act, s 126 and s 132).
