(1) The Land Development Agency (LDA) occupies 1360m2 for its accommodation in Kingston.

(2) The LDA occupies 856m2 in Territory owned premises and 504m2 in temporary buildings under hire.

(3) Hiring arrangements can be terminated with 30 days notice.
