The listing of the response times is attached for 1(a) and (b) above for each month from November 2001 to February 2003;

The response times are regularly analysed. The months that are under or over the target are due to the location of the incident, the location of the response vehicle at the time of incident and the number and type of incident that requires an emergency response.
