Housing-tenants' debts
(Question No 14)
Mr Stefaniak asked the Minister for Urban Services, upon notice:
In relation to the ACT Housing debt:
(1) How many tenants have accrued debt that reside in:
- bedsits;
- 1 bedroom flats;
- 2 bedroom flats;
- 3 bedroom flats;
- 2 bedroom houses;
- 3 bedroom houses;
- 4 bedroom houses;
- 5 bedroom houses;
- 6 + bedroom houses;
- aged persons units with (i) 1, (ii) 1.5, and (iii) 2 bedrooms; and
- townhouses with (i) 1, (ii) 2 and (iii) 3 bedrooms.
(2) How many tenants in debt owe:
- less than $500;
- more than $500 but less than $1,000
- more than $1,000 but less than $2,000
- more than $2,000 but less than $5,000; and
- more than $5,000 but less than $10,000

ACT Housing's computer system does not separately identify 1.5 bedroom OPAs.
(k) Townhouses are included in the figures for flats.
