After subclause (3), insert the following new subclauses:(1) The chairperson of the board must, within 7 days after the end of each financial year, give to the Minister a statement that sets out the details of all disclosures under this section made during the financial year.
(2) The Minister must give to the relevant committee of the Legislative Assembly a copy of a statement received under subsection (4) within 14 days after receiving the statement.
(3) In this section:
relevant committee
means-(a) a standing committee of the Legislative Assembly nominated by the Speaker for this section; or
(b) if no nomination under paragraph (a) is in effect-the standing committee of the Legislative Assembly responsible for the scrutiny of public accounts.
