12. Industrial Land Strategy
The strategy provides a framework for the planning and development of industrial land in the ACT and its findings will be incorporated into the review of the Territory Plan Industrial Policies.13. Travel and Activity Scoping Study Stage 2
The study follows directly from Stage 1 Scoping Study, which was completed in 1999 and is central to the policy development work to be undertaken in implementing the ACT Greenhouse Strategy and the National Greenhouse Strategy.14. ACTHERS Review
The ACT House Energy Rating Scheme (ACTHERS) came into being in July 1995 as an ACT Government commitment to a previous COAG agreement.The operational efficiency of ACTHERS is being reviewed.
