also be amended to give certainty to the amount of money the Tribunal may order in granting relief under the section.

I am confident that the Government Amendments will preserve if not improve the balance of bargaining strength between the parties to a lease so that both parties can deal confidently in the knowledge that the Government has in place an appropriate legislative framekwork that balances the rights between the parties.

I commend these Government Amendments to the Assembly.
