MRS CARNELL (Chief Minister and Treasurer): Mr Speaker, for the information of members and pursuant to section 26 of the Financial Management Act 1996, I present the consolidated financial management reports for the periods ending 28 February 1997 and 31 March 1997. The report for February 1997 was circulated to members when the Assembly was not sitting.

MRS CARNELL (Chief Minister and Treasurer): Mr Speaker, for the information of members, I present ownership agreements between me, as Treasurer, and the following chief executives: ACT Community Care, the Attorney-General's Department and the Emergency Services Bureau, the Canberra Institute of Technology, the Chief Minister's Department, the Department of Business, the Arts, Sport and Tourism, the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Health and Community Care, the Department of Urban Services, InTACT and the Canberra Hospital.

MRS CARNELL (Chief Minister and Treasurer): I present the 1997-98 statements of intent prepared by the following Territory authorities pursuant to section 58 of the Financial Management Act 1996: The Agents Board of the Australian Capital Territory, Healthpact, the Australian International Hotel School, the Canberra Cemeteries Trust, the Canberra Cultural Authority, the Canberra Tourism and Events Corporation, the National Exhibition Centre Trust, the Gungahlin Development Authority, the Legal Aid Commission (ACT), the Milk Authority of the ACT, the ACT Casino Surveillance Authority and the Public Trustee for the Australian Capital Territory.

MRS CARNELL (Chief Minister, Minister for Health and Community Care and Minister for Business and Employment): Mr Speaker, for the information of members, I present the purchase agreements between me, as Chief Minister, and the chief executive of the Chief Minister's Department; me, as Minister for Health and Community Care, and the chief executive of the Department of Health and Community Care; and me, as Minister for Business and Employment, and the chief executive of the Department of Business, the Arts, Sport and Tourism.
