"Subsection 52(5A) (penalty provision) -

Omit '$500', substitute '5 penalty units'.".

Page 69, amendment of Occupational Health and Safety Act 1989, proposed amendment of subsection 88(1), omit the proposed amendment, substitute the following amendment:
