(4) The notice in the Gazette inadvertently omitted to specify after the

words "Provision of Sydney" the words "Summary Service".

(5) No tenders were called for this contract as I am advised that there

is no other organisation or person which provides such a service.

(6) See my answer to question 3 above in relation to the nature of

business carried on by "Informed Sources". I am advised that the

principal shareholders are Alan Stephen Cadd and Nicola Cadd.
