Medium Density Leases

Mr Cornwell - asked the Minister for the Environment, Land -and Planning -

(1) How many medium-density sites in 1993-94 to date have had the permitted

density increased following the granting of a lease under the Land (Planning

and Environment) Act 1991.

(2) What was the numerical increase in units in each case.

(3) What was the increase in betterment in each case.

Mr Wood - the answer to the Member's question is as follows:

(1) No medium density leases granted under the Land (Planning and Environment)

Act 1991 have had the permitted density increased in 1993-94 to date.

(2) Not applicable.
