Northbourne Avenue Flats -

Redevelopment Study

Mr Cornwell - asked the Mnister for Urban Services:

In relation to the Governments Better Cities Program, Evaluation Report 1991 - 93, page 19 states a final report of the Northbourne Avenue (Flats) Redevelopment Study will be produced by March 1994 -

(1) Is the Report available and, if not, why not.

(2) Can copies be made available to interested persons, including myself.

Mr Lamont - the answer to the Members question is as follows:

Finalisation of a draft report on the Northbourne Avenue Flats Consultancy has been delayed due to the complexity of options being examined by the consultants.
