2. Terms of Reference

The terms of reference of the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists Board are:

to administer the Act, principal functions include;

registration of suitably qualified dental technicians and dental prosthetists to practice in the ACT; disciplining of dental technicians and dental prosthetists through reprimand/suspension/cancellation of registration after due inquiry on specified grounds; and general oversight of the conduct and addressing complaints in relation to the dental technicians and dental Prosthetists profession in the ACT.

All members terms are for a period of up to three years.
