To review decisions referred to the Committee under subsection 36(3).

3. Term and Power of Appointment

Members are appointed by the Minister; hold office for a specified period not exceeding 3 years; eligible for re-appointment.

5. Remuneration Mechanism

Members of a Review Committee shall be paid such allowances for expenses in respect of the performance of their duties are prescribed. No monies have been paid to date.
