Total 19. These staff all devote 100% of their time to servicing the Theatre Trust.

Up to an additional 140 itinerant casual staff are employed throughout the year to service the Theatre hirers.

7. Publications

The Canberra Theatre Trust produce two regular publications .

The Annual Report is distributed, usually be mail after tabling in the ACT Legislative Assembly, to all relevant Government bodies, sponsors, funding bodies, and all major performing arts centres, entrepreneurs and promoters. The production cost is $8500 for 500 copies.

Performance is distributed, usually be mail, to patrons, cultural organisations, government departments, sponsors, funding bodies, entrepreneurs and promoters. The publication is produced four times a year and costs a total. of $13500 per annum.
