the ACT Institute of TAFE;

the ACT Branch of the Australian Teachers Union;

the Secondary College Principals Association;

the Association of Independent Schools;

the ACT Vocational Training Authority; and

the Catholic Education Office.

Courses are accredited through a rigorous panel process which determines the appropriateness and standard of courses submitted. Panels include higher education representatives for consideration of courses for tertiary entrance and TAPE and industry representatives for consideration of vocational courses. Panels recommend accreditation to the ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies.

The integrity of assessment and credentialling arrangements is supported by the policy of-the ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies that all processes are open to scrutiny and to appeal. All policies and processes are fully documented and published through a series of brochures which provide information to students, parents, teachers and the wider community.
