(4) Only six of the 15 non-government secondary schools offer Years 11 and 12;

students enrolled in other non-government secondary schools transfer to the

government sector for Years 11 and 12.

(5) In 1991, 491 students commencing at government secondary colleges and two

students commencing at special schools reported attending non-government

schools the previous year.

(6) The cost of these 493 transferring students was $2.6 million in 1990-91 figures.
