of affordable public hospital beds than the

average across Australia. Around 16$ of ACT

hospital beds are private beds whereas 26% of beds

Australia-wide are private beds and more expensive

for the privately insured than the public system.

Approvals have been provided for a further 32 beds

at John James and 70 at Calvary Private Hospital.
