Benefits to ACTION and bus travellers will be significant,. because theexpress service between Woden and Tuggeranong will be able to use Athllon Drive instead of the more indirect Tuggeranong Parkway, thereby saving time, fuel and buses, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The work we have planned for Athllon Drive will result in public transport being given appropriate emphasis, and will be the first of many significant projects in the pipeline to radically improve bus travel throughout Canberra.
