Recommendation (20)

the Housing Trust annual report provide details on:

- each property purchased and sold during the year;

- the value;

- the date of the transaction; and

- the real estate agent used (paragraph 6.25).

Government Response

The Trust will ensure that its annual report in future provides details on dwellings purchased for adding to the stock of government housing, having regard to the need to maintain commercial confidentially.

The Minister for Housing and Urban Services is responding separately to the additional comments made by Mr Collaery (Attachment C to Estimates Committee Report).
