• Note that methodology changed between 2020-21 and 2021-22. The Director Business Intelligence, FBI, recommended a revision of the formula to provide slightly better accuracy and to be consistent with calculations typically used by CHS for FTE count and deduction of leave entitlements etc. • The 2020-21 calculation measured the number of incidents (per month) per million hours worked (per 50-week year). • The updated calculation reflects the number of incidents (per year) per million hours worked (per 45-week year) i.e. 45 weeks/12 months = 3.75 and 40 hours = hours per week. |
