For the TPG, the outcome of grant programs is determined by a panel, comprised of government and community members. All panel members are required to sign a conflict-of-interest declaration to ensure that there are no conflicts with grant applicants. Once recommendations are put forward by the panel, these are approved by the panel Chair and the relevant delegate within CSD.
